Associate Professor Dr. Fakhruldin Mohd Hashim is currently a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). He was formerly the Faculty of Engineering Dean, Mechanical Engineering Department Head as well as a UTP Senate member. He was also formerly the Director of Deepwater Technology Mission Oriented Research (DWT-MOR), the Head of the Gas Separation Research Center (GSRC) and sat in the University Research Committee. Holds a BEng in Mechanical Eng (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), an MSc (Eng) in Advanced Manufacturing Systems & Technology (University of Liverpool) and a PhD in Computer Aided Engineering (University of Leeds).
